Our Pup-Joints are made from new prime API raw material and are identifiable throughout
the manufacturing process via mill certifications and other traceability measures.
Our offerings:
• Standards - API or customer specification.
• Sizes - 1” to 4-1/2” EUE & NUE, 1” to 2-1/16” IJ.
• Lengths (+/- 3”) - 2’, 3’, 4’, 6’, 8’, 10’, 12’ & metric equivalents.
• Options - Perforated & combination threads. (See example)
• Grades - J-55, L-80, N-80, N/L 80 & P-110.
• Heat Treatment - Normalize or Quench & Temper.
• Identification - Steel stamped, paint stenciled & color coded. (See example)
• Testing/inspection - Electromagnetic, hydrostatic, dimensional, visual, magnetic ---------
--particle, metallurgical & NDT.
• Threading - CNC with carbide tooling.
